Good afternoon! Hope you are doing well and are stress free. 


However if you do feel a bit stressed, the monthly looks at various financial stress management techniques, so what is stress really?

Stress is defined as a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. There are a lot of times when people get nervous about the future and start worrying about their health, their finances, their future.


I heard this quote in a movie based on the cold war, as you can imagine, the scene in the movie is very serious, where a spy, whose cover is blown is going to be tried for treason in West Germany and on his way to the judiciary he is asked by a fellow inmate, “Are you worried?”

To which the convicted spy replies, “Absolutely not, will ‘me’ worrying change the judge’s decision? It won’t, so I am not worried”


Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand, its always better to face it head on and prepare so we are not caught unaware.
